  • Look at objects under water
  • Front float for 5+ seconds (w/ support)
  • Back float for 5+ seconds (w/ support)
  • Roll from back to front (w/ support)
  • Roll from front to back (w/ support)
  • Front glide (w/ support)
  • Back glide (w/ support)
  • Scooping and kicking on front 5 feet (w/ support)
  • Flutter kicking on back 5 feet (w/ support)
  • Swim, Float, Swim 10 feet (w/ support)
  • Jump in (w/ support)
  • Treading motions 5+ seconds (w/ support)
  • Forward movement 5 feet (front or back)
  • Water Safety Skills    

Parents MUST remain in the building during lessons and should stay within eyesight of the pool for quick contact if needed.
