Level 2, Ages 5-8

Students will learn:

• Bobs with bubbles 5 times
• Front float for 5+ seconds
• Back float for 5+ seconds
• Jelly fish float for 5+ seconds
• Turtle float for 5+ seconds
• Roll from back to front
• Roll from front to back
• Front glide (one body length)
• Back glide (one body length)
• Front crawl 5 feet
• Flutter kicking on back 10 feet
• Elementary backstroke arms 5 feet (w/ support)
• Bobbing to safety
• Swim, Float, Swim 5 yards
• Jump into chest deep water
• Tread water for 10+ seconds
• Surface dives
• Retrieve objects of bottom of pool in chest deep water
• Water Safety Skills

Parents MUST remain in the building during lessons and should stay within eyesight of the pool for quick contact if needed
