Smørrebrød Smörgåsbord (Online Class)

Smørrebrød are Danish open-faced sandwiches, and a smörgåsbord is a Swedish buffet. Host a buffet the Scandinavian way with the tips and tricks you’ll learn in this live online class. Kirsten will demonstrate make ahead recipes and provide shopping suggestions as well as tips and tricks before styling a bountiful array of breads and toppings to appeal to a wide variety of eaters. Recipe handout provided, and this live class is recorded so you can refer back as needed.

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date.

Late Registration: If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office by emailing us at CommunityEd@isd623.org or calling: 651-604-3770. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Roseville Area Schools Community Education at least one (1) week prior to start date of the class/event/camp/activity, and that I will be issued a refund minus a $5 service charge. Registrations are not refunded in the event of a weather cancellation.
