A Chakra Wellness Journey
Join this 7-week guided journey through the chakra system designed to support relaxation, self-discovery, and inner balance .Each week focuses on one chakra through gentle, accessible practices including guided meditation, journaling, sound healing, Reiki-inspired energy balancing, creative reflection, and group discussion.
This is not a lecture-based class. Instead, it is an experiential and supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore your inner world in a meaningful way.
No prior experience with chakras, meditation, or energy work is needed. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and journal.

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date.
Late Registration: If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office by emailing us at CommunityEd@isd623.org or calling: 651-604-3770. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Roseville Area Schools Community Education at least one (1) week prior to start date of the class/event/camp/activity, and that I will be issued a refund minus a $5 service charge. Registrations are not refunded in the event of a weather cancellation.

Instructor
Margaret is a trauma-informed Reiki Master, intuitive guide, and healing arts practitioner dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces for healing and self-discovery. She integrates energy work, meditation, intuitive movement, and sound healing to help others release stress, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Through her offerings, Margaret invites individuals to slow down, restore balance, and gently come home to themselves.
