Spa and Self-Care

This is an introduction to self-care practices to help manage stress and promote relaxation and personal well-being. Activities include hair and nail care, snack bar, DIY sleep masks, and lip balm.

This enrichment class is offered in partnership with our school-age care program, Friendship Connection, which helps us keep costs low while offering engaging before-and after-school opportunities.
