Nature Walk

Students will get to enjoy our outdoor nature walk located just behind Central Park Elementary! This nature walk will help show students the beauty of nature and the benefits that come from enjoying the outdoors.

This enrichment class is offered in partnership with our school-age care program, Friendship Connection, which helps us keep costs low while providing engaging before- and after-school opportunities. Students participating in these classes will check in with Friendship Connection, receive a snack, and enjoy a brief recess before class begins.

As part of our commitment to equity and access, each school receives one free enrichment class. These classes are designed to increase participation for students at the hosting school, particularly those who may not otherwise have the financial means to participate in enrichment programming.

To support this goal, free classes are reserved for students enrolled at the hosting school.
