Microgreen Planting Workshop

Pop into our Microgreen Planting Workshop for an afternoon of urban gardening! In this one-session class, we’ll grow edible sprouts using recycled cans, then learn about parts of a plant and what makes them grow. Bring your green thumb and get ready to grow!

This enrichment class is offered in partnership with our school-age care program, Friendship Connection, which helps us keep costs low while providing engaging before- and after-school opportunities. Students enrolled in this class will check in with Friendship Connection, enjoy a snack, and have a brief recess before class begins.
