Self-Care & Wellness

Students will engage in self-care and wellness activities that support mindfulness and emotional well-being. They will create self-care reminder bracelets, design vision boards, complete mindful coloring, and build a “Stuffy Buddy” for comfort and creativity. These activities help students practice relaxation, self-expression, and positive thinking.

This enrichment class is offered in partnership with our school-age care program, Friendship Connection, which helps us keep costs low while providing engaging before- and after-school opportunities. Students enrolled in this class will check in with Friendship Connection, enjoy a snack, and have a brief recess before class begins.
