Make & Take: Calming Creations with The Mindfulness Movement

"The Mindfulness Movement™ is a Twin Cities–based children’s yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning company offering engaging programs through schools, community education partners, and local organizations. Through playful movement, calming strategies, creativity, and connection, each original program helps children build confidence, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and lifelong well-being skills. Classes are developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and inclusive of all experience and ability levels. Programming is developed by founder Tara Willits, an experienced yoga and mindfulness educator trained in child development, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, and group fitness."
