Make & Take: Calming Creations with The Mindfulness Movement
A fun and creative way to unwind after a busy school day! Students will enjoy mindful art and sensory play as they create calming take home crafts designed to soothe and inspire. Each project will be paired with simple relaxation techniques to help kids feel centered and calm.

Tara Willits is a licensed Physical Education teacher with over a decade of experience in movement education and mindfulness. All activities are age-appropriate and trauma-informed, with a focus on emotional regulation and safe physical activity.
