Hand-Pulled Noodles from Scratch (Online Class)Cooking & FoodHand-pulled noodles are so much fun and they are much easier to make than you would think. In this online interactive class, you will learn 2 different techniques to pull noodles. We will make 2 types of hand-pulled noodles: Biang Biang and Lamian noodles. We’ll turn Biang Biang noodles into a noodle salad with chili sauce. We’ll turn Lamian noodles into miso noodle soup. Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date. WaitlistSconesCooking & FoodTraditionally Scottish scones are a delectable quick bread that comes in assorted shapes. Enjoy a variety of easy scone recipes including Lemon Cream Scones and the traditional Currant Scone. We will taste wonderful lemon curd and traditional Devonshire cream or whipped cream for tea as we try our scones warm out of the oven. We will also make a White Chocolate Spread for our creations. Join Kirsten live online to move beyond the basic Caprese Skewers into a world of color, flavor, and possibilities. Kirsten will share the 3 Rules of Skewering and demonstrate multiple methods to pleasingly present your offerings. From vegan to omnivore there are recipes for everyone. Participants will receive an extensive handout along with the link to join prior to class. There will be ample time for questions during the session, and participants will receive a link to the recording afterwards so you can cook along at your convenience.. Tantalizing Thai Cuisine (Participation Class)Cooking & FoodYou’ll begin by preparing Vietnamese summer rolls (fresh) served with both hoisin and peanut sauce for dipping. Included are Vietnamese spring rolls (fried) with pork, turkey, and glass noodles stuffed in rice paper and fried crisp and golden. You'll then prepare Pad Thai blending the vibrant flavors of Thailand with rice noodles, breast of chicken, eggs, chilies, garlic, basil, scallions, bean sprouts, and more. For dessert, Thai lime custard topped with fresh whipped cream. Please note: this class is non-refundable in the event of weather cancellations.
