With all forms of printmaking, it’s easy to print one image multiple times, with each print varying just slightly in appearance. By carving images into a linoleum block, you will carve out your place in the world of printmaking, rising to the ranks of other great print artists. Every year, the Minnesota State Fair showcases seed mosaics created by artists from across the state. In this beginner-level workshop, participants will learn the history and foundational techniques of seed mosaic art while creating their own design. This class provides the basic skills and confidence needed to continue creating more intricate designs on your own.
