Fall into the season with a homemade galette and strudel. In this fun, interactive online class, you’ll learn a technique for making a pie crust from scratch, and we’ll use 100% butter. We’ll turn this pie crust into a savory spinach-and-cheese galette. While the galette bakes, we’ll make apple strudel with store-bought phyllo dough. Nothing can beat homemade tamales. They are delicious and fun to make. Particularly during the holiday season, friends and family gather to assemble tamales. It is a magical moment where we create a memory of the tamales experience. We will be making chicken mole tamales and black bean chipotle tamales.
