ystem with soothing flotation and a relaxing soundscape. Donette\, a fully
accredited sound therapist\, will gently guide your mind\, body\, and spiri
t into a state of rest & repair. Stay cozy and dry on a thick\, inflatable
air mattress as your mind and body drift weightlessly. Bring a blanket and
pillow for ultimate comfort!\n\n \nFAQs: \nHow will I be floating? Each par
ticipant will be floating on a twin-sized air mattress\, which is quite thi
ck and floats you above the water\, rather than partly in the water. \n\nHo
w will I get on and off the mattress? Staff will be holding your air mattre
ss firmly against the side of the pool so that you can gently slide onto it
from the pool's edge\, likely staying completely dry in the process. Staff
will then hand you any items you need\, before you are set adrift.\n\nWill
I get wet? It is quite unlikely that you will get wet\; however it is poss
ible. There is a small chance that you could experience a very small splash
\, and a very outside chance you could fall in. \n\nWhat if I can't swim? I
f you would feel safer staying to the shallow end of the pool\, please noti
fy staff before getting onto your mattress\, and your mattress will be kept
at the shallow end of the pool.\n\nWhat should I wear? You may choose to w
ear whatever you feel most comfortable in\, and something that is OK to get
wet\, on the unlikely event that you get splashed or fall in. If you want
to play it safe\, pack a change of dry clothes\, just in case. \nEx: Layers
of wicking yoga or athletic clothes with the option to remove layers to sh
orts and short sleeves\, as it can get pretty warm in the pool area. Please
remove shoes before going on to the pool deck. Socks are just fine\, but m
ay get wet as you get in/out. \nPlease avoid clothing with snaggy details s
uch as zipper back pockets\, to avoid damaging the air mattress.\n\nWhat sh
ould I bring? This experience is all about being cozy\, so it is highly sug
gested to bring a light blanket or beach towel (or two). You can also bring
a rolled up towel or small pillow to support your neck. Only bring items y
ou are OK with getting in chlorinated water\, just in case. You may also de
sire an eye mask or weighted eye pillow. \nIt is also suggested to bring a
plastic bag\, on the off chance you need to bring home any wet items. \n\nW
hat if I bump into someone else? You will be gently drifting around the poo
l throughout the sound bath\, and it's fairly likely that at some point you
r mattress will gently bump into another. That's OK\, and part of the exper
