Greek Dinner

Immerse yourself in the flavors of Greece as we prepare a delicious, multi-course feast. You’ll start with the beloved national soup, Soupa Avgolemono - a comforting lemon chicken soup. The menu also features a classic flaming cheese appetizer, saganaki, along with a flavorful eggplant starter.

For the main course, explore a unique twist on a traditional favorite with zucchini and ground lamb moussaka. You’ll also learn to create delicate spinach-filled phyllo pastries, spanakopita, and finish on a sweet note with karidopita, a rich walnut cake soaked in fragrant orange syrup.
