East African Goat Stew

Join us for some authentic African dishes. We'll make Goat Stew (beef option available too), Pilau Rice, Matooke (mashed plantains with a peanut sauce) and Chapati Bread. This will be a hands-on cooking class so you can explore the step-by-step process. There will be plenty of food to sample! Every step is educational, informative and a dream-like trip into the food culture of these historic countries.  Please note dietary restrictions when registering

$20 Supply fee payable to instructor the night of class.Bring your to-go containers as you will have some leftovers to share with your family.


Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date.
